Mushroom and Truffle Festival at Muse in November!
During truffle season and the month of November, our Chef’s Tasting Menu will highlight different mushrooms and truffles from around the world – one truffle being the largest White Alba Truffle that has ever been purchased in Alberta (maybe even Canada)! We will purchase this White Alba truffle via online auction through face time and will have it shipped to Muse by plane immediately! Truffles are such a highly prized food item and we want people to be able to experience these grand “diamonds of the kitchen”.
Six Course Mushroom and Truffle Chef’s Tasting will be available. $98 per person. A reservation is highly recommended.

Help us launch Calgary’s first Vegetarian Chef’s Tasting Menu – available all the time!
While we have always accommodated vegetarians at Muse, we will have a separate vegetarian Chef’s tasting menu available all the time – choice of 5 courses or 8 courses. We will be launching this on Tuesday, October 15th. We are really looking forward to it! Chef has been working very hard at creating one-of-a-kind dishes that highlight his artistic plating, and showcase some of the best local produce that Calgary has to offer. The Chef’s Tasting Menu courses are meant to be a surprise – sit back and let the Chef cook for you! It truly is a great dining experience.
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot accommodate vegans for our Chef’s Tasting Menu, unless we are given two weeks+ notice. We want our guests to get value out of the food we serve and in order to create vegan dishes, Chef would need to plan his product orders and recipes a head of time. Thank you for your understanding.

Sun and Salsa Festival 2013 | Sunday, July 21st
On July 21st, 2013 from 11am – 5pm the Sun and Salsa Festival heats up Kensington as thousands of people descend on the neighbourhood to sample salsas, watch crazy performances, shop from all of the street merchants, and sit on Muse Restaurant’s patio to relax in the summer sun.
Muse Restaurant and Chef Pedhirney will be serving you salsa and tacos on our patio all day long. We’ll see you on 10A Street, just in front of Muse!
Farm to Fork Culinary Tour and Dinner | Sunday, July 21st
Taste Alberta Farm to Fork celebrates and promotes local food grown and raised in Central Alberta.
Join Chef Pedhirney and Taste Alberta for a food tour through the prairies, stopping at designated farms, ranches and food producing facilities. At 1 pm you’ll enjoy a food festival at the hall in Meridian Beach at Gull Lake with an all local lunch prepared by Chef Michael Allemeier (SAIT Calgary) Chef Andrew Cowan (Hundred Bar & Kitchen), Chef Doreen Prei (Edmonton Petroleum Club), Chef JP Pedhirney (Muse Restaurant) and Chef Eric Hanson (Niche Restaurant & Cocktail Bar). $40 for adults and $10 for children. CMA Charity Golf Tournament | June 17th
Along with Fluid Imports, Muse Restaurant is proud to be a sponsor at this years 23rd annual Canadian Marketing Association charity golf tournament held at the world famous Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel on June 17th, with all funds raised going to Little Warriors.
